The service, the greeter, the manager all need classes in customer service. It's a soul food restaurant that needs to be completely revamped. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. I believe they did this to swindle money from me. (Note: I've never dealt with any cancellations with the Uber Eats platform after years of using it so I was unsure of how the process worked exactly) * After further investigation, I discovered they weren't being honest and merchants can cancel orders if they are unable to accommodate your order. The person who I was speaking with them mentioned that there would be a price difference for this selection which would have been a $1.00 between the cost of the two different meals that I ordered and she also stated that because the order was already paid for that they could not swap the item out because of this $1.00 difference which I find absurd due to the fact that nowhere on their Uber Eats menu did it state that the item that I wanted was only available on certain days of the week and this issue was not due to my part. I was asked if I would like to substitute the item for a different main course and I stated, yes, I would like to substitute for the "Catfish" as I was not interested in any of the other items that were available. order I received a call from this restaurant where they stated they do not carry the main coarse (the "Turkey Parts") on Sundays but this was not referenced at all on their Uber Eats menu and had I known I would have not ordered this item and would have ordered a different main entree. I placed an order via Uber Eats for an entree with (3) sides that included "Turkey Parts" as the main coarse, after placing this. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would as this restaurant is very unprofessional, dishonest, and lacks customer service.
